Shipping policy

Orders will be processed within 2 business days of receiving authorized payment. Shipping will be handled via courier, with delivery times varying by country due to customs clearance procedures. Typically, orders are expected to arrive within 1 to 2 weeks.

Order fulfillment is also contingent on product availability. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery charges vary by country, based on the destination and package weight.

In accordance with UAE law, EVE will not provide services or products to countries subject to OFAC sanctions.

We use DHL for shipping and will provide a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can monitor its progress.

It is the customer's responsibility to track their shipment and ensure receipt.
